Past Projects
Sierra Vista Cinemas 16
Santa Rosa Entertainment Group hired us to supply and install 5500 sy of Masland custom carpet and 3600 sf of Shaw LVT Quiet Cover in a 16 screen Cineplex in Clovis, CA., also in a huge lobby, food concession areas and ticket booths.
We installed the LVT on each row under the seats in each theatre and installed a custom vinylstair nosing at each ledge of the stadium seating to protect the edge of the LVT and carpet.
We completed the job on time and on budget so thetheatres could reopen in time for the summer movie season.
Sonoma Academy
The school was looking to make improvements to their Adirondack Building which is the social hub of their campus. We were hired to install flooring in their main hall, music room and computer labs to give the kids a comfortable place to gather.
We removed their old flooring, furnished and installed new Interface plank carpet tile to match the décor of the campus buildings. We used Interface Point of Timber color Maple size 25cm x 1m carpet tiles
Blue Bottle Coffee
Blue Bottle came to us for a solution for their food prep and coffee prep areas, they wanted a product that would look good, clean easily and be safe and comfortable for their employees to work on all day.
We introduced them to Eco-Grip safety flooring, they tried it in one store, fell in love with it and it is now their corporate standard flooring nationwide.
We have done 8 stores so far in the Bay Area and there are many more to come.
Think Surgical
Think Surgical is a company that makes robots to conduct orthopedic operations on people.
They have a 50,000 sf facility in Fremont CA which includes office areas, labs, cafeterias, boardrooms and assembly areas.
They consulted with us to develop all the design and functionality features of the building to meet their various needs and to help them with their static generation requirements for their sensitive computers and robotic products.
OsiSoft
Lusardi Construction hired us to supply and install the floorcovering at this fast growing software company in Oakland, CA.
We have done a lot of projects with Lusardi Construction in the past as they trust us to do the project on time and on budget with no punch list items.
We had as many as 25 installers on site at a time to install the job on a fast track schedule, which we accomplished.
Club Sport
Club Sport is a very busy fitness club in Pleasanton CA that is open almost 20 hours per day. We were chosen to supply and install throughout the club and to not disrupt their business. We worked in every area of the club, locker rooms, food areas, offices, fitness areas, lobby, etc.
We completed the project on time and on budget with no punch list items and no material or installation related complaints.
Club Sport has been a wonderful client for many years and they know the importance of keeping their facility fresh, looking good and clean and they can’t afford to have it shut down for any length of time.
St. Francis Yacht Club
This prestigious San Francisco landmark hired us to supply and install Masland custom carpet on attached cushion in the dining areas, stairs, offices, hallways and meeting rooms.
The Club is open all the time so we did the project at nights on the weekends to not disrupt their membership and activities.
This project was done before the Americas Cup races so the highly trafficked club would be proud to show off their beautiful facilities to the international crowd from all over the world.
